According to media reports, Arsenal Targets Luka Netz for Defensive Boost in Summer amidst competition from Manchester United.
Arsenal have been performing well in defence this season with the duo of William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhães, conceding just 24 goals in the Premier League, the lowest conceded in the league this season.
However, the club believe they need a left-back to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko, who we previously reported was the subject of interest from Bayern Munich and Newcastle.
According to HITC, Arsenal are keeping tabs on the German left-back, who swooped for a place at Borussia Mönchengladbach and has been developing well since arriving in 2021 from Hertha Berlin.
Luka Netz has made 25 appearances for his club this season and has provided five assists, making him the subject of interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.
Manchester United will certainly be looking for a left-back in the summer transfer window due to the lack of participation of Tyrell Malacia this season and the serious injuries suffered by Luke Shaw. Erik ten Hag has often relied on Sofyan Amrabat as a left-back this season in order to compensate for this deficiency.
