Chelsea are currently seventh in the Premier League after back-to-back wins over Tottenham and West Ham, ahead of Manchester United on goal difference in the table.

The team will be looking to win their remaining games to secure a European qualifying spot, with a game at Nottingham Forest coming up tomorrow.

“It is important for every single club. It’s true it’s going to be hard,” he said at his pre-match press conference.

“To get us the most [points] I think is to recreate the performance and replicate the way we play and being focused.

“Of course, we know very well we need to win games in the last three games. We then have a possibility to move into a place to play in Europe.

“The team is ready to face the last three games and it is important for us to be in Europe – of course we are focusing on the next game.”

Reece James has returned from injury and will give manager Pochettinho another option in his squad.

“The most important thing is Reece James is going to be there for us.

“Then because we have an amazing relationship and of course he is an amazing player.

“It is not easy when you comeback from a long-term injury. The most important thing is he can be available and be part of the squad.

“It is important to finish [the season] with good feelings.”
